For our renowned partner company TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in Kelberg, Germany

Full time I Permanent Employment I Up to 50% remote work 

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects. Acting as a central point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and management, your role is to support each project to proceed according to plan – on time, within scope, and on budget. 

Your Tasks

• Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines. Organize and coordinate meetings and project milestones

• Communication: Serve as the primary contact between internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project information such as schedules, itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation. Track approvals, changes, and manage the submission of project-related applications, requests, and orders
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and milestone achievement. Identify and report risks or issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Resource Coordination: Support the planning and allocation of human and material resources. Coordinate the logistics related to personnel, equipment, and materials, including shipping and travel
• Financial & Operational Support: Assist in expense tracking and budget reporting and support procurement processes and invoice handling. Contribute to developing and refining project-related processes

Your Profile

• Several (minimum 3) years of experience in project coordination or a similar role with responsibility over planning and execution
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English is essential. German is a significant benefit, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors is considered as an advantage: motorsport, building construction, TV & film production, event management, or competitive sports
